I love shopping at Bath & Body Works. It smells wonderful with all the scented candles, etc. The staff is so helpful greeting you at the door with bags or baskets to place your soon to purchase items. They had a great sale going on. I spent to much simulus. LOL
Horrible customer service at the register! Cashier Sandy definitely needs a motivational pep talk on what customer service consist of in retail. Was so unfriendly..Refused to look up my account by my email address so I couldn't add my rewards after a large purchase. Was annoyed that I ask questions and made me feel as if I was bothering her. Commented on the price of an item I was purchasing as if I couldn't afford it. Just made my entire shopping experience very uncomfortable. Will never support this location again.

AWFUL! There was an employee Olivia and I truly believe she needs to go back to training and learn to respect paying customers! She was no help what so ever when it came to using my reward. She made me feel so rushed and she was rude to the girl who looked newly employed. Not a team player for anyone. I will not be coming back because of olivia.
