Two female employees (10/15/20, around 6pm) refused to process a return I was trying to get for my elderly mother because I didn't have her credit card with me. Simply returning it to the original method of payment is too difficult a task apparently. After taking 20 minutes to find a parking spot amidst a pandemic. The store was dead as a doornail - you'd think the employees would bend over backwards to figure out a way to process the return.
