Went to this facility today to pick up a part. No one was at their service counter. There was a big sign that said “ring bell for assistance”. I rang the bell and all you heard was a gentleman (Rodney) right behind the back wall say “you wish! you’ll just have to wait until 8 when someone else gets in”. Cummins should really look at retraining their employees in customer service!

I was at this location on 1-29-21 around noon and the person working the parts department was by far the best customer service I ever experienced.

I have been working as a mechanic for 3 years now and have a gotten parts from a million different places. This place by far had the cleanest facility, friendliest staff and very knowledgeable people. And left a good impression on me.

Worst service ever... we agreed on one service and they did something totaly different...didnt help at all...didnt fix anything...
