When insurance companies call hack job towing places, and the hack job towing company refuses to send a truck to help you, call chariot! The driver was very professional, and definitely helped me and my family get out of a jam, I can't say enough good things about these guys.
Bad experiences!!! My son call tow truck for accident they take the car away and the guy suggests call the insurance so they can pay for everything ,when we get there to sign the permission for the insurance to take care of this was a nightmare.nI don't recommend this company at all.nVery rude people.
Tired of how these driver speed down the roads of our town, 45 50 55 or faster in a 35mph area, anytime you call to complain they do nothing, they know how they drive and they don't care, I wish I was exaggerating.
Had to give one star to even write the review. USER BEWARE!! Predatory towing! Was told my son could pick up vehicle and then NOT one person there to release the vehicle. Was also told they would tow to Chicago by the person in the office..then told the next day that they NEVER tow to Chicago. Deceptively closed and unavailable to release your vehicle to rack up storage fees. Told a different thing by everyone you contact. They ONLY care about contracts with surrounding PDs. Driver was Argumentative and Rude!!! Very deceptive business. THE BBB will be contacted.
