I have to say that Carlos in the service department, and the whole team of service directors are a class act. These guys always go out of their way, and never make you feel like you're a problem, like so many other businesses. I've purchased and serviced cars at Audi, and these guys treat me with way more respect and dignity, and that's why I will always use them. Carlos goes out of his way to make sure you're experience is awesome. I talk his ear off when I'm there and the guy is just a good person and employee. I'm very detailed oriented, and Carlos gets it. They sell you extended warranties and refuse to cancel stating that the bank required the extended warranty for the deal. BS
