I was upset that I payed $300 for the riding course just so they can tell me in the end that I wasn't able to test for the license just because I was off by a few points on the practice test. These guys make you sign and say good things about them in paper before you finish the class wich I did not like. It's not fair that I went through the hole class just so they can tell me I can't test. Their job is to help you out that's the reason we pay, I tried reaching out to them by email so they can let me test but they just won't respond back.
Bought a Harley in October 2020. One week later, I spilled my bike, broken side light, some scratches. My pride was hurt more then anything. So I decide to have the bike checked out at the Harley Davidson Countryside. An hour later ,they had replaced the light, checked the handlebars,( I need a new bushing)and took it for a test ride. No charge. While I waited I got to know some of the staff and hear some bike stories.Great experience.
Had a great experience today. Everyone was nice. The best dealership I have delt with. Brent was awsome. I talked to him months ago and he remembered exactly what we were looking for and called us when they got what we wanted. Thanks again Brent. Also if anyone is looking for a bike meet with Brent. Great guy.
Friendly and awesome place to purchase a Harley-Davidson. Highly recommend it. Salesman Victor, Finance manager Eddie were great and patient with my purchase and helped me all the way throughnThanks again.
