I really like this place especially for tire serviles. I appreciate their help when I was in stuck on the highway with a bad blow out.
Always great service. It's easy to make an appointment online and the workers explain everything clearly enough to understand. There's no BS when I ask what they found on my car. I don't plan on taking my car or any of our family's cars anywhere other than Pepboys.
I've sat on hold with their so called customer SERVICE for 40 minutes. Last week they told me if I don't have my receipt I could still get my core deposit if I give them my phone number. So I just made the trip to come to the store and get my deposit. A wasted trip. A wasted 4o minutes and no deposit back. On a more positive note. At least if I find my receipt it will be the last time I ever have to deal with them.
Wonderful service. Had a little break pad snafu, and PB’s were on top of it. The manager Mike and his tech (son?) Chris couldn’t have been more helpful. They asked me to stand down over by the entrance while they only took about 15 minutes to fix the breaks. I’ll stand by the entrance anytime for this kind of service, sirs.
I go there for most of my car needs. They removed a plastic guard that had broken in the snow and was scraping the ground (about 5 min work) and didn't charge me.
