Service is great but Truck is not good. After 2005 they added sensors and made them complicated

Brought truck back 5 times. 3 just for the ac. Still same problems. Nice people but apparently the work speaks for itself.

We bought our truck here because, I believe, the sales rep really listened to our description of the type of truck we needed and then helped steer us to the exact model matching our needs. She also showed us the service department pointing out the repeat (fleet) customers that had multiple vehicles in for service. We did have a warranty issue with the truck. It was disabled and needed to be towed. D & S sent a tow truck to our location to pick up the truck and then made the repairs very quickly. I am in the sales and service business. I can recognize when someone treats you the way they like to be treated. I'm very pleased.
