Delicious drink making here!
What lousy service today. We walked into an empty store only to be told they would be right with us as they took care of all of the mobile orders. Really? They weren't in the store. We were. When I complained about my wait time I was met with attitude and told to make a formal complaint w corporate. I can make coffee at home.
Went in today to grab a drink. Absolutely filthy. Every countertop and tabletop needed to be cleared of garbage and wiped down. The condiments counter was disgusting. The garbage cans were overflowing and I can’t even begin to describe the state of the floor. I doubt I would go back.
Average Starbucks, nice staff, and pretty quick given the amount of people there.
