I've been going here for years! They do such a great job with my manicure and pedicures!nI highly recommend Magic Nails in Countryside!

I definitely regret spending $60 on this manicure. 1st 3 pictures is what they sent me home with. When I got in my car, I realized what my nails looked like and went back to the salon. The manager tried to fix the issue aaannddd this is what I ended up with...cuticles not trimmed/nail polish all over my hands etc.nThis is not my first time having a terrible experience at this salon. Last time a nail technician scraped several layers of my natural nail because he was lazy and didn't want to remove the nail polish properly.nAVOID THIS PLACE! Save your NAILS and your MONEY!

I love jay and I love magic nails . I’ve been going to magic nails for over a year now and I’m glad to say I’ve found my favorite nail tech . I refuse to go to anyone but him bc he always does a great job and even if A nail breaks or I don’t like the nail polish he’s always nice and polite . Only thing I would comment on is maybe more color choices

After making an appointment for 6:15 for two gel manicures it was 7:00 and we were still not seated. Four other individuals came in and were seated and we were completely unacknowledged after checking in for our appointments. After questioning the wait time we were told to be seated at two tables and sat for fifteen more minutes unacknowledged when we finally got up and left. Terrible customer service and just very rude.

Most of the nail professionals work great. A couple of bad experiences with same person, but others are great!
