I keep promising myself that I will not go back there, and I guess I forget or they're too convenient. But after this time, the aggravation is too much. I ALWAYS call for an appointment. I ask for a time and they usually offer one 30 minutes before or after. I am ALWAYS on time, and they NEVER are. This time, they had someone soaking off my dip manicure for 20 minutes, NOT good for the nails by the way, and took TWO walk-ins before I even got started on my manicure. PLUS, they are about $8 more than anywhere else I've been. They may do a good job (not this time, I have bumps!) but, not worth your time. Find a new place!

I was extremely impressed with how this business is keeping up with CDC regulations during the pandemic. The spa was very clean and there are plastic dividers at every manicure station. Every single person, costumer and staff, was masked. Cleaning staff is sanitizing pedicure stations the moment they are vacant. I recommend this location to anyone worried about being exposed to Covid right now. Plus, my nails look fantastic!
it was my first time in this place, I did my pedicure and I loved it, the woman,she was very professional she made sure that I was confortable about the heat of the water and wax, all the place is really clean and they take their time to do a good job, the prices are fair enough, for sure I'm gonna go back
I asked for a simple square shape nail with a black outline. The lady who did my nails left my nails looking curvy and lumpy. And the black outline is barely visible. I left very unsatisfied.
