Lincoln Avenue Residence (LAR) - Leonard, Shelden

I lived here five years ago. It was a little bit hot and noisy sometimes so I experienced some sleepless nights. But overall it is a lovely place.

IMO the most UNDERRATED dining hall on campus!nPersonally I think the cooks at LAR make the best tasting food given the same dishes/ingredients as the other dining halls. The dishes are cooked and seasoned just right. While IKE has more options, LAR has the best taste! Be sure to try it out

I like the atmosphere of this dining hall. They had more private and secrete seats where I could study while eating.

Without air conditioning in the summer and heat that is so hot you need to keep the windows open in the winter, you should make sure you have layers if you're moving in here. Hopefully this changes soon. The location is great tho, and the LAR dining hall is pretty good.

Worse food than PAR/FAR, with slightly more convenient location. Worse location than ISR, worse food than PAR/FAR.nnWould recommend getting an apartment over staying in the dorms, better value
