I have a 7mo Boston terrier, and I’ve been looking for a really good vet. I was referred here and It was everything that I was told. The staff was professional concerning and knowledgeable. I got my pup a check up, updated her vaccines and got her nails clipped. My pup fell in love with the staff which is a plus. Got home and my pup had an reaction to the vaccines that’s was giving. I call and they said bring her back. They took care of her and she’s all good. My pup will see her friend in 3weeks.. I highly recommend.

I feel GoodVets is an EXCELLENT establishment. From the first visit, they have been extremely professional and caring about my dog. I gladly recommend their services.

Over all great experience. Everyone is so nice and friendly. I felt at ease visiting here. Everyone answered all my questions I had. Doctor explained everything in detail which was fantastic! Keep up the great work!

My first time meeting Dr. Ondera recently went well and I really liked her as my pet's new vet. My pet was scheduled for 2/25/21 for a dental procedure. I want to be a well informed pet owner, and know who I am leaving my pet's medical care to. A few days ago I contacted GoodVets a couple of times by email, and once by phone, with a very reasonable question. I would like to know the vet's work experience with this particular dental procedure that my pet needs done. I did not get a response back. GoodVets is selling vet services. I as the pet owner, am the consumer of these services. Pet owners should have the right to know, if asked, the vet's education, training, experience with different medical procedures. Dr. Ondera could be an excellent vet. But the lack of a response to a reasonable question by a pet owner, makes me uncomfortable.

The GoodVets Southland team has a great COVID-19 plan. It makes me feel very comfortable. The GoodVets Southland team is also very caring and professional. They provide amazing pet care. If you are looking for a new pet care team, give them a call and make your appointment.
