Athletico Physical Therapy - Champaign

I highly recommend this place to go and get physical therapy done. Michaela is super knowledgeable and works get with you, to get you to the level that you want to be at, and helps set goals to achieve them. All the other therapists are super welcoming as well and are always open to help you or demonstrate the therapy exercises you are doing. Even the students are super friendly and eager to talk with you and make you feel even more welcomed. Athletico checks ALL the boxes and I know they will be the perfect fit for you just like they have been for me and so many other people!

I had the pleasure of going through 9 months of physical therapy due to reconstructive knee surgery. The Champaign location is efficiently and thorough. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. My therapist was Emily P. I can’t say enough amazing things about her as a therapist. Her passion and dedication to her job shows, every session. She is your own personal cheerleader, she gives you confidence while holding you accountable. Emily pushes you to be your best, while standing right beside you. Emily treats you as a person, she treats your injury, she doesn’t treat you as another client or number. Any one that I know who is considering physical therapy, or that is referred I automatically tell them about my experience at Athletico. 5 stars doesn’t even do the staff and facility any justice.

Terrific experience here!nI was sent by my podiatrist for PT for my foot.nI had an excellent initial evaluation, and a set of therapy sessions that seriously improved my balance, foot strength, and stability (I have the world's flattest feet!).nThe exercises that they assigned for home-work were not onerous, but straightforward, efficient, and helped me to progress.nI discovered that there were muscles that I had never used before!- and it was a good thing to develop and strengthen them (who knew?).nI now actually use my foot differently- and am 59 (so improvement is still possible, no matter what the age!)nnThe entire staff is very friendly, competent, confidence-inspiring, and professional, and actually seem to like each other!n(They have affirmed that it's a great place to work!)nI am so glad that my doctor and I chose Athletico in Champaign for my PT!

I'm an old guy, still competing in swimming. My arthritis is taking over, and I sought help with knee and shoulder stabilization. Emily P. came very highly recommended, and she certainly reflected these recommendations. She's knowledgable, wants to learn more, has a great sense of humor, and is totally supportive. I've been to this facility enough times to have observed the other therapists, all of whom appear to be highly regarded and who work together in a way that makes the facility very inviting. As well, the support staff is on top of things as well.

I had the pleasure of working with both Michaela and Molly, before and after my surgery. They were both very friendly and willing to explain any time I had questions. They always made me feel very comfortable with everything we were doing. I would highly recommend this Athletico location!
