pulled up to the drive through pharmacy last night, There was a car in front of us and we pullled up to the window as it was our turn. we got to the window, the lady working completely disregarded us and I honked the horn to get her attention, and she shut the window! in my face. Instead of ignoring my mother and I why not let us know the pharmacy is closed. Or to come back tomorrow, at least have the common decency to say something instead of being rude and treating customers like complete trash. What they don’t realize is bad customer service is one of the fastest way to send customers to the competition.
