Probably the best vet clinic I have ever used. Everyone there really cares about the pets and their owners. We had one of our cats get very sick (kidney disease) and the kindness and caring Susan and everyone at Good Friends showed us throughout was more than we could have asked for.nnTheir professionalism has also always been top notch and they really know their stuff. Anyone who want the best care for their furry family members can rest assured they'll get that at Good Friends.

Dr Norris is very experienced and professional. She really cares about my dog. She not only saved the life of my dog, but also helps to get his vision back. This is a miracle!nI was so touched that when my dog was sick, she showed a lot of love and fell tears of seeing my dog suffering. She feels our pain and provides great support. She let us visit her anytime to make sure Max is all right. Dr Maggie is also very supportive and very professional. All nurses and staffs are pretty warm and helpful. We appreciate their support and very satisfied with the service. Highly recommended!

Love them. They are all really nice and the vet is phenomenal. Even in covid where humans can't come in with their pets she comes outside and talks to me about how my cat was and it didn't feel rushed in the slightest. All staff is very personable and they are super accommodating to you and your pets needs. :-) My cat is definitely high maintenance with medical issues but they've done a great job diagnosing and maintaining

We've been taking our dogs to Good Friends for years. They are skilled practitioners who care very much about the animals they see and the humans that belong to those animals. They couldn't be kinder, more helpful, or more patient with nervous dog owners. On top of that, they know what they're doing. We have total confidence in their knowledge, ability, and skill. We’ve been going to Good Friends Animal Hospital since we move here 30 some years ago. We have stayed there through a number of vet changes and have received good care for first or cats and now our dogs. I have to say that the current vet, Dr. Susan Norris has been the most caring, empathetic, and knowledgeable of them all. She has helped with a variety of issues from storm anxiety to potential cancer scares. They have always been there when we needed them and have gone the extra mile to make sure our animals get what they need to be and stay healthy and happy. dr. Maggie, though new, is straightforward and understanding. I recommend them highly.
