It was time for my renewal and I received an email to make a partial payment. I was never offered to pay in full if not I will receive an interest amount added. I called to question this policy/process and was told a Manager would call me and till this day nothing. I would not reccomend this company because I do not trust them. My amount due was $96. Why would I want an additional $70 added for installments for a $30 balance

After all I paid to renew my insurance, they won't let me download my insurance card. And they're closed Sundays and I need it now. They have the cheapest website that's of no help at all. The documents tab is broken and leads to nothing. Very unprofessional.
