My preference for this agency stems from their straightforward honesty. They have a very friendly atmosphere and are so patient in answering questions. Their reps help you understand your insurance policies in terms you can relate to. Also, the variety of plans adjusted for my particular needs suited me well. I do not like to overspend. I highly recommend Jeff Sopko Insurance.

I'd easily give this agent 10 stars! I came across this agent by searching the south suburban area. And I am so glad I did! I worked with Cindy to secure a home owner's policy for my mother, a senior citizen. Cindy was incredibly patient, helpful and kind; answering every question and with quick follow up. Mom needed a few things to take care of before securing the policy with Farmer's, but Cindy was there every step of the way and helped us to meet the deadline to complete each task. The outcome proved favorable! No matter when I called the agent's office, I was always well received. If you're looking for great customer service and an insurance agent who cares, look no further than Jeff Sopko's office; maybe you'll be lucky enough to get Cindy. If not, don't fret, the rest of the team will be just as enthused to help. After speaking to Jeff, it's just the way they run the business; 'good old-fashioned caring for the customer'. And it shows! So refreshing!

In these days when everyone is in such a rush, it was great to do business with Mr. Jeff Sopko. I experienced true customer service. He and his staff are knowledgeable and friendly. When a question popped into my head later and I called, I received the same personal service. I appreciated that. This is a company I will stay with.
