These guys are the greatest helpers there and they immediately got to working on my chain saw and sold me on some of the products that they had available to me to care for my equipment.
DO NOT TAKE ANYTHING HERE, HAD MY TRIMMER FOR A YEAR YES A YEAR NO UPDATES NO NOTHING THEN WHEN I GO IN THEY GAVE ME THE RUN AROUND CLAIMING THEY CANT GET THE PARTS. THEY’VE HAD A YEAR TO GET PARTS. JUST TOOK MY DEPOSIT AND A SORRY WE CANT FIX IT. YOU BEEN WARNED GO ELSE WHERE
In shop since July 2020. Now October. Still no mower. Been waiting on Snapper parts for 2 .5 months. Supposedly can't get parts from Snapper.
I've gone here ever since I've been a homeowner...I've never had to go back because something wasn't done right...their service has been reliable.nThat being said , a little patience and understanding goes a long way ( parts may be hard to find depending on the age of the equipment...) - I get it if you live in an area where Code Enforcement rides around looking for non compliant residents , just have a backup plan rather than rushing the business.
