I want to start by saying that this company is a company that LOWE'S sent to me through my warranty on my dryer. The technician that came was just horrible! He was in and out of my house all within 5 minutes he was rude and very short, you could just tell that he didn't care and didn't want to work at all!!! Also he was very quick to tell me that most likely what happened to my Dryer wouldn't be covered but all he did was take a picture of the fabric seal that came off of My Dryer but never once even touched the dryer itself!!! So I called LOWE'S and explained the situation to them and they apologized and quickly sent me another company to look at My Dryer as I requested. When the other company arrived the gentleman quickly and thoroughly came to the conclusion that my Dryer needed a whole new drum put in it and that it was definitely covered by my warranty through LOWE'S!!! So there is nothing that anyone who works for this place and reads this review can say about this situation to try and justify it!!! I would recommend for the person from this buisness who reads this not to invest the time into responding to my complaint but just to work on their poor operation of buisness in general!!!

I was skeptical because of the bad reviews but my experience with Grace Appliance was great. The technician Mark came within the time frame given, called me via cell before he came, diagnosed the problem quickly and repaired it and explained what the cause was and ways to prevent the issue from happening again. I strongly recommend these guys!

Never seen any repairmen like these guys. We’re going on two months & the appliance still isn’t fixed. The guy that came out to diagnose the problem...diagnosed it telepathically because he didn’t once touch the thing. Then they had to order the parts...that’s another story. Definitely never choosing them to repair anything. The only reason they came out in the first place is because they do service for Lowe’s Protection Plans.

After about a month with out an ice maker and many calls to Sears for service, on 03-08, Mack, the serviceman, came out on a scheduled replacement of our ice maker. After a careful inspection, Mack told me that the water line for the ice maker was frozen. Mack said that to thaw it out turn off the refrigerator for 6 to 8 hours. He let me know that any food loss was covered. Also, he gave me the direct telephone number to his company, thereby, I would not have to call Sears again. Saturday morning at 8 am I turn on the refrigerator about 9am ICE . Now we have ice and more ice.nWell, the ice maker is working. Thank you, Mack. And thank you, Grace Appliance Repair Service.nJoel
