AMC Champaign 13

Giving this location a one star because of our very poor experience with the “pick-up” service. My husband and I had pre-ordered drinks for pick up at 7:05pm, hoping to have enough time to check in, grab our drinks and be comfortable in our seats before the movie was scheduled to start at 7:15pm. We arrived at the pick-up location at 7:05pm and the workers who were there saw us waiting and didn’t bother to ask for our name or what we’ve ordered and/or pick-up time. Two of the workers literally passed by us multiple times and pretended like we weren’t even there. Not until my husband loudly said “we’re here for our slushee and drink” did a worker even gave us any attention, to which she just literally passed us our cups. Literally 5 seconds of interaction - and we finally got our cups at 7:14pm, 9 minutes after our scheduled pick-up and had no one come over to the pick up counter to even ask us for our information. What’s the point of the pick up counter if no one is going to come and even let you know any info about your order?

Very helpful, super comfortable seats. Quick and easy getting in and out. My only complaint is that they let a customer sit through new mutants with their phone out the whole time.

Not a bad place to see a movie. They have Imax screens. I feel as if they were a bit understaffed. I walked in not knowing where to go or who to speak to with all these new COVID precautions. I had a hard time finding someone to check my tickets I purchased online.

The movie was great theater was very clean and service was amazing thank you AMC for bringing back the movies
