My work as a land development civil engineer has me work with dozens of county GIS consortiums in counties across Illinois and Indiana, but CCGISC is by FAR the best I have come across. Their interactive map is absolutely the most intuitive and richest in available data and layer overlays (flood zone, city zoning, addressing, etc.), and their staff are courteous and quick to respond to data requests. I sorely wish all counties had as good a GIS resource as this.
