My sons apartment was robbed lastnight and nobody on duty to take the call or show up on Christmas morning,very disturbing if I might add after driving over 2 hours to get here. Christmas totally ruined,& no help at all from local or county police ud83dude21

Terrible customer service very rude and threatening demeanor. Simply tried to post A bond and was disciplined like I was a child.
