Horrible front desk!! I called several times to let them know I was going to be late due to a accident for my son’s dentist appointment. We were literally 1 minute late! And the lady at the desk told me I had to reschedule or wait and it was 8 people before me now. This the same office that has you made me wait a whole hour even when you did have a appointment. The dentist are what saves this place. Zero complaints about them.

I went to Dreams dental in Chicago heights to have my grand daughter teeth pulled they said her teeth was fine dint need pulling. Went home my baby was still in pain . Ater realizing she wasn't faking it, I then took her herennit was a very short waited and you all pulled her tooth and when i saw it you could definitely see that it need pulling. They were awesome with my children. My 11 year old is scared of needles and when they had to numb him for fillings they had him close his eyes so that he wouldn’t see the needle. I really appreciate their patience and understanding. They make you feel like family as well. Such wonderful staff throughout the facility as well.
In the time of this covid19 pandemic they set the waiting area up very appropriately for social distancing, it was clean especially the exam room, the staff were friendly extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. Dr Albertson and Flow made me feel at ease as I was very nervous for I’d not been to the dentist in a long time. I’ve recommended them to family and friends.
