Very happy with their customer service. I chose them from some recommendations from friends. They were able to do the repairs on the prongs and of course cleaned it nicely all in store! No shipping to another location. Picked my ring back up a few days later.
Very rude. They advertise they buy jewelry, yet they offer less than a pawn shop. Rip off!
Do not buy any jewelry from this store. My husband bought me a ring from this place a couple of years ago, I was told the ring was guaranteed for life. A diamond fell out so I took it back to get it replaced. I was told it wasn't guaranteed and would have to pay to have it fixed. The owner was very rude so we left and had it replaced at another local jewelry store. Again, beware and do not buy jewelry from this place. You can tell the owner feels he is superior and his employees don't even want to speak around him. It's like they are walking around on eggshells.
Excellent service! I cannot say enough good things about the jeweler, John. I went to two other jewelers and after visiting here I felt much better about my final purchase. I got a custom ring at an honest/reasonable price and it was completed in a very timely fashion. The owner is SO knowledgeable. He is GIA certified so he can do appraisals there as well as. I would highly recommend you visiting M. J. Reed before you make a final purchase anywhere.
Such amazing service and attention to detail. My husband bought me a custom design for our Anniversary. I love knowing the earring set is one of a kind.
