If I could give less than 1 star I would. My husband's dr. Our payments weren't being applied to our account. The office manager found a $100 receipt in the book that we were being billed for among others. Had an appt on 1-1-20. Drove from Middlesboro and the office was closed. Hospital reception said that patients had been arriving all day for their scheduled appts with no one there. Have been calling non stop for 2 days, tried every ext., no answer. I called the hospital and she told me she knew patients were up there. It's time to find a new doctor.
