Edit: Talk to Brian Zabawa if you're having troubles. Good customer service from him.nnMassively incompetent group lately. Instead of changing our autopay credit card information to a new card that we gave them they just canceled our insurance wirhout notice.nnWe asked for a notice of assessment weeks ago: nothing yet.nnNow we have some new mystery bill that's triple what it should be.nnStay away, don't purchase insurance here

I have had the most pleasant experience with this Allstate agency. My agent is Vilma Howard. He has been most helpful with providing me the best coverage possible on my auto and home insurance. I have to mention that he even climbed on my roof to help me scrape off mold so that I could pass my home inspection!!!nnNick Adams and Brian Zabawa have also been helpful and worked with Vilma to ensure my utmost satisfaction with their professionalism.nI am 57 years old, and I have been with other insurance agencies over the years. NEVER have I been treated as well as I have with this agency.nnI highly recommend Dustin Hiser Allstate Insurance Agency and I especially would like to recommend Vilma Howard to be your personal insurance agent. Give him a call and have him give you a quote for your insurance needs and you will most likely want Vilma as your new agent!
