I've used progressive, travelers and country company and never had the customer service relations I have had with Steve Gibbs Agency. They are prompt, friendly and reliable. They have went above and beyond to save me money year after year. They send me emails/letters when new discounts come around as well as reminders to make appointments ever so often to see if there are any possible changes we can make to my policies so they are still current and fitting for my lifestyle. I would definitely recommend looking into them to see if they could help you too!

Steve and Laura have been most helpful with our insurance needs. Anytime we need assistance regardless of the day or time they have responded almost immediately. I have been a customer with them since 2006 and a farmers insurance customer since 1997. I would highly recommend their office for anyone looking for an Insurance Agent.

I did not enjoy my experience with Steven Gibbs. He hung up on me and wouldn't even let me speak. Will never be purchasing insurance from him and will be sure to tell all of my friends and family to not go here either.
