I lived there for months renter on the 215 Block South Village looks like a garbage dump on my Block couches beds mattresses I have call the Village IL to the Village steal nothing has been done is the holiday and we have to look at a Bandan house’s and garbage and couches and trash been calling the Village for months no one‘s came out I Would not buy a house here !!!!

I Paid $273.00 for my water bill at 2:05 pm on 03/05/2019 and they said service will be turned back on by 3pm the same day. It is now 7:08 am on 03/06/2019 and still no water I have a one year old can’t bath him or use the bathroom I had to go buy 8 gallons of water last night just to use the bathroom. And not to forget I never got a notice of disconnection!!! Someone please explain this!!!!!!!!

I never received a shut off notice or receipt saying that I owed 12dollars.nnI always pay my bills on time.nnSauk village hall said this was a mistake my sevice shouldn't be turned off. They said my water service should be on by 3pm.nBut it still not on.nnTHIS SITUATION IS CRAZY AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE .nnI CALLED SAUK VILLAGE HALL AT LEAST 5 TIMES TODAY AFTER PAYING THE 12DOLLAR BILL THEY SAY THE SERVICE WILL BE ON SHORTLY .nTHERE IS NO REASON THAT I HAVE NO SERVICEnWHO PUT MY NAME ON THE SHUT OFF FOR TWELVE DOLLAR BILL?
