Great experience. Mark walked me through the inspection and the checklist. Showed me what he was looking for so I could keep an eye out for it in the future. Good price, prompt response. Highly recommend
I have been working with the business since January and they have yet to resolve the issues. After multiple phones calls and messages, I requested a refund for the product. Conveniently, the business owner was at my house (although the receptionist was on the phone wanting to set up and appointment and yes, he was already at my house) and picked up the chimney cap while he was here. I was told a check would be sent in mail and if they had questions they would call. This was 2 months ago now. Not impressed and would not recommend their services.nnTo date, this company has yet to hold up their end of the deal and is not responding to the BBB. Since he is a local firefighter you think you would want a good name for your business.
Terrible service. They came out gave an estimate then never return my call to complete the service. I left over 6 messages still nothing. They could at least return my call and turn down the job if they didn’t want to do it in the first place so I could hire some one else sooner.
