I am absolutely satisfied with this business and the Service that was provided to me . Their customer service is nothing short of amazing and friendly. Also, They kept me updated on my repairs and not only that, they provide a courtesy (free of charge) vehicle inspection providing details Of other maintenance/repairs I should consider now or later. I visited Lynwood tire and auto because of the reviews actually. It’s difficult to find a place you may be able to trust especially as a women wondering if your being lied to or taking advantage of. However, I took my chances and had a pleasant experience. Brian was very kind and accommodating. I came in for a break inspection and ultimately decided to get the work done that day. They seem to work efficiently, no horsing around while customers are in the lobby waiting on their vehicles. Very calm, quiet environment for a auto repair shop. I was able to use their wi-if and was able to continue working while I waited. I was offered something to drink and even a ride home if I did not want to wait. I also like that they show you via television screen the issue/problem with your car. They give a simple break down of the cost and take it or leave, pretty straightforward. Brian was respectful and I he appeared to be honest. I generally go to the dealership but I felt comfortable and will probably go for oil changes and regular maintenance.

This place has 5 stars for a reason. Needed a place to fix the brakes on my boat trailer & repack bearings. Not only did they walk me through entire process... But also worked directly with the trailer manufacturer to get an oem master cylinder. Trailer brakes now work better than ever. Very personal, friendly, honest and affordable! Will definitely be using them for any future service. Thanks Kevin and Scott!nnUpdate: Returned for new tires and trailer bearings. Still the same excellent service as before. I will continue to use Lynnwood Tire and Service for all future needs.

Lynnwood Tire and Auto is a very professional and knowledgeable shop. I trust and value their work and have used them often over the years. Just used them again for tires and am very happy.
