I have been using Imperial for over 25 years. Both when Dan owned the business and since his service manager Nick took it over. Great service, pleasant, professional, fair priced and 100% honest. They are always straight forward with what needs to be done.I never bring my cars anywhere else

As someone who has worked in new car dealerships for 35 years, I have always used their service departments for repairs. I took my son’s 2002 Explorer to Imperial based upon a recommendation. I am floored! These guys are better than any service department I have used! Nick and the guys are knowledgeable, friendly, well trained and very very reasonable. Nick went above and beyond to help me. I recommend them to anyone that needs top quality and reasonable work done. Kudos guys, you’ve made me a happy customer for life!
