I have been coming to you guys for years. You never disappoint. And the last couple of years, Sharon Glow has been my Tax Preparer. She is so friendly, knowledgeable of anything I ask and don't ask. Her customer service is excellent. Whenever I see her she gives a warm greeting and great conversation while preparing my taxes. When I reached out with questions, she responded very quickly. I always have a 5 Star Experience with her and H&R Block. I would recommend anyone to come see you guys for tax preparation needs!

My tax preparing was great. She explained everything to me as she did it and found every dollar she could get for my return. I was able to get a same day appointment and waiting less than 5 minutes from arrival to starting the filing process.
