If you have't been to the Pawn Shop of Rantoul, you're missing out. Not only is it the hippest Pawn Shop I've ever been in, the owners are super friendly and knowledgeable. Eclectic collection with something for everyone!n5 stars!

If I could give no stars I would .. today I called to ask if they accepted an item and was told yes.. then hung up on because I did not answer her questions to her satisfaction....I have never been treated so rudely in my life... I was actually calling for someone else and made sure I was very clear on that and the next thing I know I was listening to the sail tone....just mast and ride I would never recommend doing business with someone like that
Very nice shop! Owners are very friendly and honest people, very welcoming and easy to talk to. Tons of fascinating merchandise to look at, including stuff you'd expect at most pawn shops like tools, musical instruments, jewelry, and TVs, but also lots of unique items like military surplus, Native American artifacts and jewelry, antique stereos, modern and vintage firearms, original works of art, and lots more. Friendly store cats too! Really fun to browse around for hidden treasures, and definitely worth making the trip here from Champaign. Highly recommended!
Through many years of living in the area this establishment helped my family through some tough times. They are more than fair to work with and very nice! Unfortunately in 2012 I had to suddenly move away and lost some things that meant a lot to me. I hope that whoever ended up with my much loved treasures love them as much as I did and still do!! Thank you so much for being such a wonderful and caring family oriented business!!!
