Universal Auto Hail Repair did an excellent job repairing the hail damage to my car. The work was superb and the staff was friendly and professional. All signs of any damage were remove and my car returned to me looking factory new. I highly recommend the excellent service and quality of work that they provided.

My husband stopped in to get an estimate to repair a ding in his door. He was so impressed we opted to have them also repair the hundreds of dents the hail storm caused to my vehicle. He was surprised and delighted to learn its a local family operated business with a super-friendly staff, knowledgeable techs, reasonably priced and available to get job done quickly. Most importantly they did a beautiful job! Highly recommend!!

I highly recommend this family operated business. I’m so grateful to them for sending Billy and Mark out to scout the neighborhoods. If they hadn’t, I would have miss the opportunity to repair the hail damaged to my Mercedes. Because I wasn’t aware of the time limitations to file a claim, I hadn’t decided on when or where I was going to have it repaired. Billy and Mark were professional and very informative. They patiently answered all my questions. When I dropped off my vehicle the staff was very polite and friendly. I felt like family. Billy filed the insurance claim while Mark completed the paperwork for the rental. I didn’t have to do anything nor pay for anything. My insurance covered the repairs and Universal Auto Hail Repair covered my deductible. Sweet deal!!!nMy vehicle was ready in half the estimated time. They did a great job on the repairs. And they not only washed my car they waxed it as well. I was really impressed with their service and their professional work. Thanks!

The staff front and in the shop went above and beyond to get everything all fixed and perfect on my car. Had baseball sized hail damage all over my car and they did an AMAZING job with all of it. Cannot even tell I had hail damage. Very friendly staff, and would figure out what is best for your car and you. Gabe did a great job informing me on what all would be going on with my car as well. Definitely recommend them to fix your car!!
