Chris and his team did an amazing job on my 2020 Toyota RAV4 hybrid. It was brand new when the hail storm came through a few months ago and caused thousands of dollars worth of damage. My insurance quoted me for replacing and repainting the hood, which I did not want to do. Chris was referred through a friend of a friend and he assured me that the damage could be fixed with PDR (paintless dent removal). He also helped me to realize that my insurance quoted for an aftermarket, non-crash tested hood on my brand new car despite promising it would be an OME Toyota hood... I was not happy. On top of that, insurance really dragged their feet on first approving the repairs, and then paying them after the work was already done. Despite this, they did an excellent job on my car and let me take it back even though they were still waiting on payment from the insurance company. Chris was super responsive to all my questions and even drove me to and from the car rental place. What’s more, I didn’t pay a dime, not even my deductible. Highly recommend!
