This place is so cool to go visit. It is very sad though that they got rid of the museum that they had running. I have gone here to ride in some planes and it was awesome.
My experience took place in June and July of 1964 when I was stationed there going to aircraft maintenance school with the U.S. Air Force. It was Chanute Air Force then!
The first time my husband and I attended was two years ago. AMAZING!!! We enjoyed it so much. Coming back this year and bringing son and grandson.
