Angel Smiles Dental Center

They are the greatest dentist office that I’ve ever been too! They make me look forward to coming because the staff is so fun and they always make me laugh even though I’m here to get my teeth cleaned . The dentist do a great job and they do not make you feel bad about your teeth . They work with you to try to resolve any issues . I love Angel Smiles !!

Highly recommend this place. I left it feeling that more companies should operate this way. Friendly and focused staff. Professional. Reasonable. I had quite a bit of work done with them and was impressed with their work and attitude.

I love the dentist. He is kind, patient and has a wonderful down -home personality that puts you at ease. However the ladies that handle the front desk and the billing are very rude. As far as same day emergency appointment -my husband had a cap fall off of his tooth and had to wait two weeks to get in. My daughter was in extreme pain and needed a root canal and she had to wait almost 3 weeks. Once they saw her they then sent her away without any treatment and told her she had to pay over 500.00 dollars. She has insurance through her job and I have her covered through my job. It was a nightmare getting the treatment. On the day they did the crown casting they charged her apx. 300 dollars, which I told them we were not paying that day as our two insurances, that we work for, and pay for should cover most of the cost. I had one of the ladies raise her voice at me and was very hostile. I felt like; what I imagine many people on Public Aid feel like. I am not sure what their issue with the double insurance is, but the law allows for it and we work and pay for it. I a sure they get their money. When we go for an appointment or call the lady that answers the phone is rude and has a brisk clipped argumentative tone with me. However one day the dentist was present, by the phone area, when I was on the phone with her and her tone was much more friendlier. It is too bad that this is the case because the hygienist, dentist , and assistants are all very friendly and good at what they do!
