I’ve used quick lube several times with great luck. The new crew broke my hood latch then failed to tell me. Yesterday all worked well. Today it was broke without notification and without acknowledgment of fault. The crew makes the business but today this specific crew lost mine.nnUpdate: I went back back the the shop and they did fix the issue so the latch is functional again so I have increased the rating of the review. However, the issue of no notification of it breaking still stands.
I was absolutely blown away by the service at this place. Not only was the place spotless, but the guys were genuine and kind. They filled my tires without charging me (it was an emergency) and they got me in and out in under 10 minutes. I was so impressed!
Best place in Rantoul Illinois to get your vehicle service needs done right.
The employee that helped me gave excellent customer service. He made sure I was informed about the service I purchased and they performed the task quickly.
