Let me start off with I was told by multiple people not to take my motorcycle to this shop. But I did any way thinking it couldn't be that bad. Well first I was definitely over charged for my service. But that didn't bother me until I get home and noticed a fairing rivet Is missing. I call over there and explain to them what the problem is and they say they will send me one in the mail. I get it in the mail only to find out whatever they sent me isn't even a rivet that goes anywhere on the bike. So I call over there to talk to the manager Jay. I explain to him what's going on he then tells me he will look into and call me back. 4 business days later still no call back. Terrible service all around. Neither the service department or management apologized for losing my rivet. 400 dollar service charge and I don't even get all my hardware to my bike back. Remind you this is a bike I bought brand new in March. I don't recommend anyone take anything to get worked on there. Now I'm obligated to take my bike apart and make sure they put everything back on that I can't see which I'm sure they didn't. You'd think for 80 dollars a hour labor you'd get better service then what they have to offer. I'll never go back for anything.

Great place, very friendly people. They handled everything from my initial phone call up until we left with professionalism and courtesy, and gave us an excellent discount on accessories for our new purchase. I was extremely pleased and satisfied!
