I have been using Mike’s Automotive for the last several years. They are quick to get you in and fix it right the first time. I have no intention of going anywhere else. The fact that they are nice and professional is also a huge bonus.

I have a 2014 Ram 2500 that I took in for alignment. Alignment was done same day. About a week later I noticed my steering off a bit. I drive a lot so I looked under the truck to see what was going on and found the primary steering linkage between the pitman arm and the knuckle was completely loose. This is a CRITICAL piece to the steering. If this had came completely off, I'd have probably died because most of my commute is interstate. I called the manager and they repaired the same day but said that it's possible it just 'backed off'. There's no possible way this piece is supposed to be able to 'back off'. I don't normally leave bad reviews. I'm highly against it actually. I understand things happen. But when you make a mistake, own it. I will not be taking any business here. EVER. To miss this during an alignment is bad enough, but then to not own the mistake and treat me like an idiot is salt on the wound. 100% would NOT recommend this shop.

My car was making a noise. I took it to Mike’s Automotive and the mechanic advised that my front wheel bearings were bad. We only had a short window to get the car fixed and the team at Mike’s was able to accommodate - they got the job done quickly with superior service. Not only that, George treated us like family. We will definitely go back to Mike’s for our automotive repair needs!

Mike’s Automotive is a great place to get your car repaired. I have been there many times, with multiple vehicles and have never had a negative experience. They are very quick with their work, completely explain everything they do, and are quite reasonable on the price. I one hundred percent recommend them for your automobile needs.
