They need a drop box because I sent items there and nobody can find them. I had to send in paperwork because someone who works there changed my birthday in the system, now I’m stuck in limbo because of them.
I worked with Christian and was extremely happy. She was very friendly and I received my benefits within the month.
I called the number and was on the phone for a hour and still haven’t been able to get ahold of anyone this is my second day trying to talk to them
I went to this Social Security office when I lost my social security card because it was the only one I could get to without having to take time off work. It was easy to get to; security was excellent (polite & thorough, but not intimidating); the staff was exceptionally friendly; my wait time was reasonable (and I went towards closing time); and the facility was clean & comfortable. Don't let the location turn you off - I didn't feel unsafe about myself or my vehicle at all.
Staff are efficient and we'll prepared to assist me.
