I really should put NO STARS!!!! But they finally answered the phone. From the front desk staff to the nurse.... very unprofessional, they sound like they are just getting a paycheck and not really caring about the sick ppl they are there to help!! My father needed antibiotics and he left SEVERAL MSGS with the staff on 9/23 as of 9/28 we found out nobody got back with him and he still didnt have antibiotics!! This is unacceptable!!! I will call state if these situations are not resolved for the patients of ESTL!! My father will be moved!!!

You call the office and they send you to the nurses voicemail. I've been calling everyday all day for the past two weeks. I left my FMLA paperwork there. Hasn't been fax to the insurance company yet. I've been off work since June 25th. His staff is very rude. The nurse is even ruder. She does not return calls. They are very incompetent.
