I was just reminded of this office, and so I'm leaving a review from my experience in 2013. I doubt much has changed, as the building hasn't changed much since the days when it was clearly a funeral home.nEarlier in the week, I had to walk in to the office to make an appointment. None of the staff answers the phone, so it was necessary to make an appointment face to face.nThe day of my appointment, I left work on my lunch for a simple physical for which I had an appointment. Since I HAD AN APPOINTMENT and because I'm a professional, courteous adult, I arrived about ten minutes early.nI filled out the form that looked like a wet piece of paper had been scanned and then faxed back and forth and recopied for several years and handed it back to the staff.nI then sat in the waiting room for an hour and 45 minutes among the hacking elderly, the Bibles, and the myriad of mission photos. At one point, I had to call my supervisor and let them know I'd be late returning to work and had not yet seen the doctor-- they didn't believe me. Minutes later, I got up, told the receptionist to forget it, and I left. Unseen by the doctor, without an opportunity to grab lunch, and losing an hour of pay at work.

Dr. Epperson is awesome. He takes the time to know his patients and is thorough. He understands patients who have had Bariatric surgery. My husband and I both go to Doc Epperson and we highly recommend him.

They’re always rude to me over the phone. They’ve treated my father poorly. The doctor is a quack!
