I wouldn’t hire this company to come out and pick up stray dogs. The lady on the office has to be the rudest, inconsiderate individual I have ever tried to deal with. How this company is still in business, I will never understand. I bought a refrigerator from Lowe’s and I called to schedule a service appt. Her exact words to me was’ if you would have called us before you bought that refrigerator, we would have told you they were junk. Talk about crapping in your own yard. Absolutely terrible!

The lady in the office is so rude , Not sure how she runs a business with that type of character, no wonder why all her reviews are bad. The workers are really nice when they came to fix my dryer , but I would NEVER EVER recommend this place only because of the rude lady at the desk . I shouldn't have to give directions to my house . She definitely is not even worth one star.

Worse company ever!! The office lady is rude as can be on the phone! They came out to fix my keypad on my dishwasher and left my dishwasher leaking, not attached to my counter any longer, not placed in the cabinet area correctly, my door coming off and the plastic lining around the keypad broken. My husband called and complained and we basically now have to wait for them to come out and fix it again even though they broke it more then what it was originally! Unfortunately, I have to use them as that is where my extended warranty is through....definitely worse company I have ever felt with! If I could give zero stars I would!

If there were a better rating than 5 stars, they would get it from me. Penny was very courteous on the phone and Tyler was incredibly knowledgeable and professional when he serviced our washer. It is refreshing to know that good mom and pop stores still exist. Thank you both, we will absolutely use you again.
