I'm so glad to see this church still going strong. First church I attended as a child. My father Charles Ashlock Sr. built The Gospel Lighthouse church in 1983 or 1984. I last attended in 1988 at my father's funeral conducted by Rev. Dean the founding minister. I hope to visit here again someday.

There is a food pantry here twice a month. These people take great care to treat everyone with care and kindness. It is for anyone in need in Marion county and also surrounding counties. You are allowed to get one box of food a month. If you know of anyone in need Please let them know. Some great people work on this project.
