I had a great experience working with everyone at Athletico in Alton, IL. From my first visit to the front desk, I knew I was going to be well taken care of.nJulie and Jess were so welcoming and helpful as I filled out the paperwork.nThe Physical Therapists, Brad and James , did a great job accessing my injury and were very professional in their approach. I can say as an RN, that they are wonderful! They helped me recover from an ankle injury. Now I am back to running. Everyone was so nice and pleasant. EVERYONE there has always followed Covid precautions, wearing masks and sanitizing before and after every patient..... and I watch because its what I do for a living. Thanks guys! Keep up the good work!

This is a very professional operation. My therapist Brad was extremely personable and bred confidence that he knew exactly how to treat my bad knee. All of the staff were pleasant, wore masks and cleaned each piece of equipment as soon as a patient had finished using it. I would recommend Athletico to anyone

I recently finished my last Physical Therapy session (following a reverse shoulder replacement) and would like to give a huge shout out to my Alton Athletico family ... THANKS again to Brad, James, Julie, and Hannah for the huge role you each played in my healing process. Your professionalism and patience was very much appreciated and I thoroughly enjoyed our many great conversations. Most importantly Thanks for maintaining a clean facility and for sanitizing your equipment after each use ... and of course for wearing masks during these crazy Covid times. Please, Please make all patients wear mask! Your non-wearing mask patient is talking to other people in the facility they are spraying things out of their mouth, if we could be educated enough to make all people wear masks while they're in your gym please!! Please don't risk the health of everyone in the building by letting some people not wear masks, it's unacceptable!
