I had a check that was to be delivered Friday the 26th and when I called and spoke to a rep named Ryan, he tried to make it seem as thought it was my fault the mail person didn’t deliver my mail. I receive every other piece of mail just fine but money... no. He didn’t have any customer service skills and was rude. I get it’s covid but I’ve never had anything take two weeks when it’s coming from Missouri

This place has no drop off area on the counter for pre paid packages and many times have to stand in line and wait with everyone else because they won't even bring out a cart or bin to drop your packages in. The whole point of paying for and printing your labels from home is to NOT have to stand in line! Plus on couple occasions they refused to give me a receipt! Claim they are too busy! Its your job!!

Had a package shipped to me with the wrong address an employee was very helpful with stoping the package So I could pick it up and not have it shipped back to the seller. Thank you. awesome customer service

They are usually good about delivering my mail and packages but last night I got a email saying my package was delivered to my mailbox and it was not! So I’m praying that they go back to the house they delivered it at today and get it back! Hey said they have gps tracking on all their packages so they can see right where it is....we will see I guess! I want to know exactly where it is so I can press charges for tampering with my mail if they don’t give it back... so mad!!
