I recently had a closing with Angie Custer at the Godfrey location. I was the buyer on a for sale by owner home. The closing company and Angie were chosen by the buyer and by the end of the transaction I understood why. The buyer and their attorney were in control and Angie did what they wanted. For example: the earnest check was written when the offer was made, but I had to write a new one and mail it to the closing agent with no explanation as to why, just do it. When I asked far an explanation, she said, the buyers are being difficult. This entire transaction was done very poorly and would not recommend using this company.
