Scheduled an appointment for 2 pm. When I walked in there were already 6 people or so in the waiting room. At 2:48 I decided this was not the place for me I can not trust a doctor that does not respect me and my time. When asking for my images back, the receptionist told me basically this is a little busier than normal. By the time I left there were over 10 people in the waiting room... that is only about 10 x 20 at most. Definitely not what I want to see with Covid. She also told me to rest assured that all orthopedic surgeon offices are like this...nnI know with the most certainty she is wrong. I have had many dr. appts... with Orthopedic surgeons.. and NONE are like this.nnBe wary.. this place is overbooking to make as much per day as possible...

A danger to his patients.nMy wife went to Dr. Vest with back pain that radiated down her leg and up to her neck. She saw Dr. Vest and his PA several times over a year including xrays, an MRI, and physical therapy.nDr. Vest stated that it was disk degeneration and she would have to learn to live with the pain. She is 31 years old. He then gave her a shot for muscle pain and prescribed her muscle relaxers, even though by his own diagnosis it was her disks. His physical therapist gave her a wedge for one of her shoes because she said that my wife's legs were different lengths and that was why she was in pain.nToday my wife went to another doctor who found that she had a fractured vertebra and a broken her tailbone. Dr. Vest should not be trusted to diagnose or treat anyone.

The women that work in the office that answer the phone are not nice they are quick with you and don’t answer your questions right it really makes me not wanna go back because they act like they don’t care about you and your health great Doctor but that front office and after I had a problem with her on the phone I called and talk to Martha supposed to be the nurse wasn’t no better and nobody has to get treated like that’s at all

Dr Vest is exactly what he says.does.and comes through with. I've not had feeling in my ring finger and little finger in well over 8 months and as I sit here right now I'm typing with my entire right hand.He and his staff have gone over and above to make me feel like I'm there only patient I know that's not real but they sure make you feel that way. I say Thank you for all you've done and will continue do for me.nDavid M Durham
